Craig-y-llydan, Rhosneigr
 

Craig-y-Llydan is a five-star, semi-detached house in a stunning position, right on the beach just south of Rhosneigr. It was rebuilt in 2008 on the site of the previous Craig-y-Don. Craig-y-Llydan sleeps 9-10 people, and Craig-y-Don, its pair, can also be rented for large groups. There is wi-fi, oil fired central heating, hot water, electricity; all linen and towels are included, as well as a welcome hamper. All double beds are zip and link so may be used either as singles (3’) or doubles (6’). A cot and high chair are available for small children. One or two (well behaved) dogs are welcome by arrangement.

A ramp leads directly onto the sandy beach, which is situated between Lion Rocks and Broad Beach. The Anglesey Coastal Path is yards from the door.

This delightful fisherman's cottage in the heart of Rhosneigr offers exceptional holiday accommodation with lovely sea views, exposed beams, stone walls and open fires - all within fifty metres of the beach.
 
Central heating is complimented on the first floor by a wood burning stove and an open fire in the dining and lounge areas. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave.

Downstairs on the ground floor, via a spiral staircase, are 3 bedrooms sleeping 6/8 (D, T, D +bunks) a lovely bathroom with shower and a utility/drying room with a washer dryer.

The living room has good sea views and a French window leading onto the patio and a pretty, private garden, also overlooking the sea.   There is a large kitchen/dining overlooking the rear garden area, with a laundry room attached.  The kitchen/laundry have dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric oven/hob. fridge/freezer, etc. 
 
Beach House is set in a secure, private garden area, with parking at the rear of the property for two cars and a garage for storing water sports equipment.  There is a further rear yard area for hanging washing etc.
 
The close proximity to the beach and village, and private, secure garden make this property ideal for families with children. 
 
The apartment is available on weekly lets and weekends by arrangement.  All bed linen is provided, but not towels. Rates vary depending on time of year and Bank Holidays, but a weekly rate guide is  from £400 for low season, £550 for Easter, Bank Holiday weeks and June, July and September, and £850 for August.

Trewyn Isaf, Station Road, Rhosneigr, LL64 5QN

This distinctive stonebuilt house is set in its own extensive sand dunes just yards above the beach on the sweeping sandy bay where the Crygll river joins the sea. It has a superb view across Cymran bay towards Holyhead Mountain in the distance. It was built as a holiday house by the owner's great-grandparents in the 1890's and was completely modernised retaining many of its Victorian features in 2003.

On the edge of Rhosneigr village, it is well placed for easy access to the rest of Anglesey and the mountains of Snowdonia on the mainland. It is ideal for a family with children (or two!).

It has four large bedrooms and a small child's room, (known as the Captain's Cabin) a bathroom and separate shower room upstairs. Three of the large bedrooms have twin beds and the fourth has a double bed. It sleeps 9 in all. A travel cot, stair guards and high chair are also provided.

Downstairs are the dining room, lounge with open fire, family room with 2nd TV, kitchen, utility room, 2nd shower room and WC.  There is broadband wireless Internet access, DVD, a full HD TV and Sky HD and Movies with a Sky + HD box.

There is full oil central heating, unlimited hot water on demand, secondary glazing, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, garden furniture and barbeque. Bed linen is supplied but not towels.

Electricity is included in the tariff. Heating oil is metered and charged at cost when you leave.

The property has a Friday changeover. There is plenty of off road parking for cars and boats.

Well behaved pets are welcome but should not be allowed upstairs in the house.
