Fishing at Ty-Hen
 

Carp & Tench Fishing Lake, Rhosneigr

One and a half acres of natural spring water well stocked with common carp, mirror carp and ghost carp. The average carp are 10lb - 15lb with a few larger doubles thrown in. All the fish caught are in very good condition and are excellent fighters (2 seconds - be warned!).
 
The lake was opened in 1983, with the island in the middle being the major feature. Tench have been stocked into the lake and Roach, Rudd and Crucian were restocked in March '99.

The fishing at Ty Hen is from dawn to dusk. The lake opens 21st March to 30th October, inclusive.
Toilet facilities, with shower, are available on site. There is also moderate access for the disabled (please ask - alternative entrance)
